The Villa possesses a unique, serene atmosphere within a short drive from the island’s revered nightlife.
The main Villa is designed for uncompromised island living with expansive open areas anchored by an impressive formal dining area. It comprises seven en-suite rooms and a large entertainment room off the large main pool-deck, where incredible sunset views can be enjoyed.
There are further two en-suite rooms located on the lower pool level providing for excellent guest accommodations. Further features include a professional kitchen, ample accommodations for support staff, a fitness suite and ample on-site covered parking area.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
