Villa LHR-2 in Mykonos, is a 3-bedrooms residence of 130 sq. m. spread in two levels. As you enter from the upper floor you enter in the living area disposing of a large sofa and a second sitting corner with a fireplace. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, dvd and hi-fi.
Connected to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including ceramic hob oven, large refrigerator, dish washing machine and microwave. A guest WC is also available on the upper floor.
A balcony door exits to a large veranda with exquisite sea view and is equipped with a dinner table. The living area stairs lead down to the ground floor, where you find 3 comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the other 2 with showers. The bedrooms exit in a large veranda with fantastic sea view.
A swimming pool is also available on the ground floor terrace with comfortable stone sofas and a stone table.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
