Villa PLV-4 is a spacious Villa in Mykonos in the southwestern part of the island. Equipped with 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the guest house, it offers a lot of space for friends and family vacations. Its large pool is perfectly located to watch the sunset while swimming or while enjoying a drink on the terrace. The interior is fully equipped for a luxurious holiday in beautiful Mykonos.

The villa unfolds in three levels. The entrance leads to the middle floor and to a cozy living room with large windows that allow plenty of light to come in. The master bedroom covers the whole top floor, having a large double bed, private bathroom and access to a private veranda.
On the lower level, the large modern fully equipped kitchen is usually the place to gather around having also direct access to the outdoor pool area. On this level there is one more double bedroom with a private bathroom, and two more rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that share a bathroom.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
