The Villa is approximately 5-minute walk from the beach of Platis Gialos, renowned for numerous water-sports activities, as well as for their great restaurants, 150 meters from Branco Beach Club and an 8-minute walk to Scorpios Beach complex.
On a spectacular 700 sq.m. land surface with a 30 meters distance to the beach, Villa PLG-2 is the ideal estate for a magnificent Mykonos experience. The Villa is infused with wonderful amenities and features; a private swimming pool with lounge sofas, outside dining area, a separate guest house and private parking space for our guests.
The villa consists of two buildings, the main building, and a guest house.
The main building displays the splendid sea view from all angles. The pure nuances of white and light beige mixed with the wooden interior evoke a contemporary yet elegant impression of the property. There are three bedrooms, a bedroom with two single-size beds, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a bedroom with one Queen size bed with an additional mezzanine with a Queen size bed. The Main building of the villa also includes a living room, a dining room area, and a separate spacious fully equipped kitchen. There are two bright and modern bathrooms in the main building which provide luxurious Molton Brown amenities.
The separate guest house is located approximately 15 meters away from the main building and provides all necessities needed. It has a magnificent spacious Queen size bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom. It can accommodate 2 guests.

For a relaxing and refreshing experience, the private swimming pool of the property that overlooks the mesmerizing shimmer of the sea is the ideal choice. Additional sunbeds, lounge sofas, and an outside shower are provided next to the swimming pool which further enhances the illuminating atmosphere of island life. Behind the pool area is the outside dining area with exterior furniture where you can peacefully enjoy dinners while watching the sunset. Outside is also a green fully planted garden which adds to the cozy ambiance feeling. Wi-fi is fully covered, and autonomous air-conditioning units are provided in all areas of the property. A parking space is also available in the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
