Villa #1 boasts a total of 8 luxurious bedrooms and 13 lavish bathrooms, offering ample space for large groups or families. The main courtyard is fit for VVIP requirements and is flanked by numerous outdoor and indoor parking spaces, leading to the impressive entrance adorned with an exquisite black and white mosaic floor medallion. The Villa has a main entrance that opens into the foyer. The dining and living room areas are on the left, and the kitchen is just off the dining room.
On the right is a Master bedroom with a Super King en-suite bathroom & balcony door that affords an extraordinary view of the neighboring Cycladic islands, inside the room is a loft with a single bed.
At the pool level there is another Master bedroom with 1 Super King size bed with an en-suite bathroom and another Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, the balcony door leads to the pool through a short underpass. Two other bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed & a balcony door with direct access to the pool, the other with 2 single beds, share a bathroom.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
