To add to this, the property is uniquely protected from the Etesian Meltemi winds, so you can spend your time outdoors even when the rest of the island is windy.
Spread over the 38.000 sq.m. estate, each of the luxurious villas sports a pool, distinctly inspired decoration (by Alberto Pinto), satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Back-up generators and water purifiers, 24/7 CCTV monitored grounds (at the periphery), a private jetty and a helipad are available to guests, while chefs, butlers, extra cleaning and catered services can be arranged to never stop.
Villa ASL-10 is perched atop the ASL Mykonos private 11-Villas Resort and enjoys a bird’s eye view of the islands of Delos and Rhenea, a majestic drop to the sea and the picture-perfect Mykonos sunset. The villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining & lounging area (sunny & shady all day long), all in front of the 51 sq.m. infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the resort).
Villa ASL-10 is ideal for couples, or families with children, vacationing together who enjoy being together in the spacious pool area and common rooms, but may still want some privacy.
A main entrance, on the pool level, opens to the dining room, living room and kitchen. On the same floor is a Master bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground level, are two large bedrooms, a kitchenette with a washing machine and a storage room, and a shared bathroom.
The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service, so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate, so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat screen TVs, so everyone can watch, back-up generators, to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant, so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
