Villa’s NXS-3 is built according to the Naxos-Cycladic architectural style. Most of the materials are local, natural, such as the famous Naxian marble, granite, stone and wood. The white and light blue colors are reflecting the golden rays of Aegean light. In our open spaces flows the refreshing Aegean breeze. Everything is simple. Everything is clear. Like the rhythms of Naxian life. This spectacular surrounding is matched by the unique living spaces inside of the Villa where easy comfort and luxury are combined.
Villa NXS-3 is equipped with modern facilities such as a private pool and sea view terraces. It is ideal for big families or large groups of friends who wish to enjoy their holidays in comfort and luxury. This spacious Villa consists of four double bedrooms designed to offer maximum relaxation. There are four bathrooms, one with an indoor bathtub jacuzzi, two steam baths with rain showers and a shower bath. The three living rooms with 5 sofa beds and two kitchens are equipped with all modern luxuries. In the Villa’s spacious open terraces flows the resuscitative Aegean breeze and in the two private swimming pools (50m2 & 32m2) as well as in Villa’s outdoor jacuzzi you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sun along with the astonishing Aegean Sea view.
The Villa’s white and open colors, its fluid forms and curves create a harmonious and relaxed environment perfect to calm your mind. The small water pond related straight to one of the bedrooms is designed to offer you an extra feeling of tranquility and contact with natural elements. Villa NXS-3 can accommodate 8 adults plus 3 children.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
