Entrance and parking:
Each villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests. The private parking area is only accessible with a remote control provided to our guests during check in.

In PRC-4 Villa bedrooms are located on the first level. The master and the second bedroom both are equipped with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and have direct access to the outer area. The third bedroom is comprised of a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a 40” flat-screen TV. All bedrooms share the storage and laundry area.
The oversized furnished 24 sq.m. terrace with a seating area for 6 guests and a 11 sq.m., 1.30 m deep private pool will be your own private paradise framed by breathtaking views of the vast Aegean. PRC-4 Villa can be accessed directly from the lower level of the terrace via an external staircase offering you absolute privacy.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
