Villa PRS-21 is an exceptionally high standard, brand-new property of unique aesthetics, completed in 2019. It is ideal for families, small groups of friends or couples, VIP guests, private events, etc. and consists of 4 spacious bathrooms, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor shaded areas, a playroom / gym on a lower level, and anything needed to fulfill the dream of a unique holiday experience in a beloved destination.
A Guest House with independent access featuring a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an open plan kitchen-living room on a lower level, satisfies the need to accommodate up to 2 guests more or any live–in personnel that may satisfy your needs.
Villa PRS-21 offers a limitless connection between indoors and outdoors achieving the highest balance between the two. A seductive continuity between the interior and exterior space of the property makes you feel boundless.
Clear lines made of natural colors and materials which have been exclusively selected, dominate everywhere. Pure white, cement gray, black, metal, wood, stone and rope are features that surround you, inspiring a sense of freshness and relaxed luxury.
Unobstructed view into the Aegean wide blue is offered without exception, while an unforgettable aroma of Cycladic living hangs over the property as its lavender and various local herb gardens grow all around.
In the upper part of the building, which consists of several cubes inter-connected, we find four (4) double bedrooms with built-in closets and beds with extra comfortable mattresses. Large and small windows in every room offer stunning views of the sea while providing plenty of natural light. Each room also has its own outdoor terrace, where the garden gives a sense of the local nature’s scent.
Towards the bedrooms, 2 storage rooms provide iron, ironing board, fast cleaning tools and everything is needed for cleaning in case of a need.
Moving forward, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with built-in sofas and a dining area, are arranged as a transition to the exterior using the same materials as everywhere around in order to give a boundless feeling. Ιn direct succession of the interior, a beautiful pool area with comfortable sofas, loungers, sun beds, bean bags, pool pillows and a barbeque area with dining table and chairs in the exterior, welcomes you to enjoy your vacation within the island’s atmosphere.
On the lower floor plan and in connection with the upper floor through an internal staircase, we find a large playroom/gym area, which is offered to the Villa’s guests, hosting aerobic equipment, a children’s ping-pong table, and several board games. It is just a perfect place for the kids to have a good time and for the grown-ups to stay fit, entertain, or feel like kids again.
Finally, apart from the main building, on a lower floor plan level, the Villa also provides a separate Guest House with independent access. It houses one bedroom with built-in closet and twin-double beds with extra comfortable mattresses, a bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with satellite TV. In this lower floor plan level we can find a washing machine and a dryer machine.
Due to the Villa’s secluded location, any guest has a unique opportunity to live like an islander as much as to use it as an ideal base to explore the island’s secrets. It is a place of great privacy dedicated to its guests and their desire to dream in serenity, creating new memories.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
