Villa PRS-22 is a spacious and elegant house of two levels, that boasts amazing sea views and is located only a few minutes away from the sparkling sandy beach. The Villa is perfect for families and friends with various activity modes that wish to luxuriate in the quietness of privacy and to enjoy the lavish hideaways of the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The outdoor premises feature a plunge pool with a large shaded veranda, excellent for hours of sea-view reverie relaxation and undisturbed reading.
The Villa’s ground floor includes a comfortable living room of 80 sq.m, the large living area has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds, that leads to a large veranda of 130 sq.m, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, ideal to inspire your inner Chef. On the same level, the Villa features two large bedrooms of 14 sq.m, a large bathroom and a guest bathroom.
On the lower ground level Villa PRS-22 features two comfortable bedrooms; one of them features two single beds divided by a decorative bamboo wall. The bedrooms share a large bathroom and open up to a beautiful 15 sq.m. veranda.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
