Villa PRS-23 exudes a bohemian breeze, capturing the joyful energy and stunning views of Santa Maria beach. With 240 sq.m. of space, it comfortably hosts up to 10 guests, making it perfect for relaxation and enjoying breathtaking vistas.
The Villa’s interior features a calming white palette, accented by custom island-style décor, while the outdoor spaces highlight its elegant, minimalist design. The pergola-shaded lounge area is ideal for relaxed moments with family and friends.
On the ground level, two spacious bedrooms offer a soothing atmosphere, along with a bathroom and a guest bathroom. The dining area is separated from the living room, which features built-in sofas that can be converted into beds. The light-filled living area opens to a shaded veranda.
The lower level includes a living room with a built-in sofa that can accommodate an extra guest. It also features two additional bedrooms-one with a double bed and the other with two single beds separated by a bamboo wall. These bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom and open to another shaded veranda.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
