Villa A1 with independent bedroom A2 and B1 with independent bedroom B2. Each main unit A1 and B1 consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area, and 1 living room. Each independent bedroom A2 / B2 with its own entrance has its own bathroom and a space for coffee/tea, as well as a mini-fridge.

The appliances are state-of-the-art, and the furniture and lighting fixtures are from renowned designers. Each Villa has independent access, independent parking, independent outdoor spaces, and its own pool with a hydromassage feature.
OUTDOOR AREAS: Outdoor spaces of the residences, totaling 1.500 m2, of which 300 m2 are covered pergolas with kitchen, dining and living area. Outdoor kitchen with conventional and gas BBQ, professional gas stove for chefs, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, and full equipment.
Complete dining area for 10-12 people, sound system with special speakers. 2 outdoor enclosed bathrooms, 2 hot water showers, 1 outdoor cold-water shower, a total of 17 wooden loungers, 2 yoga platforms with special mats (next to each pool).
Each Villa has a private pool 12X5 m with a depth of 1.5 m and 3 hydro-massage seats, which operates with an electrolysis and natural chlorination system. Each house has an alarm system, fire alarm, air conditioning, 65-inch television with Netflix account, sound system, 5G wifi.
All residences have equipment for infants such as (cot, playpen, high chair, conventional bed guard, special linens, baby bathtub, toys, infant life jackets, and a step stool for small children to reach the sink).
The linens and beddings, as well as towels, are of premium quality from the brand Guy Laroche. Cleaning and linen change occur every 3 days, a total of 3 times a week, included in the price. Daily maid service is available at an extra charge depending on the number of guests per house.

Beach soccer; beach volleyball; diving; pedal riding; sailing; waterslides; waterskiing, underwater fishing, kayaking and surfing: these are the most popular activities that will put your stamina to the test and keep your adrenaline surge up all day long!
The Paros Sea area is widely considered to be a surfer’s paradise (in Golden Beach, Tserdakia), a top choice for Greek and foreign athletes alike. The wind speed and direction on the island’s southeastern side in combination with the sea waves create a worldwide known surfing area ideal for international windsurfing games. So, it is no surprise that the PWA (Professional Windsurfers Association) World Championship used to take place on the island for a good, straight number of years!
The first colorful sails appeared in Paros at the beginning of the ‘80s, offering a high standard and almost never-ending spectacle to windsurf fans among others… Today there are modern surfing clubs on many beaches offering training courses to future surfers as well as full gear renting, addressing even the most experienced and demanding ones.
Chrysi Akti or Golden Beach, named after the golden sand it is covered with, is the most popular beach for windsurfing; in this area, schools take advantage of the shallow crystal-clear waters and offer even beginners the opportunity to test their abilities safely.
Nea Chrysi Aktí or New Golden beach (Tserdakia) offers countless thrills to those who are “advanced” as this area is where the winds of the greatest duration and strength are recorded. Wind direction (left side-shore) combined with the angle created by sea waves lift windsurfers up creating the ideal conditions for jumps.
Finally, the “hot spot” list for windsurfing fans would never be complete without the addition of the “sport-oriented” and noisy beaches of Santa Maria and Pounta noted for the prevailing high winds… As a matter of fact, don’t be surprised if you see “flying swimmers” as you approach the weathered Pounta bay! These are daring kite surfers who manipulate the ropes of their kites with great ease while gliding on the wave spume with an ever-growing speed until they literally take off!

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
