A signature Villa that radiates a bohemian breeze, capturing the joyful energy of Santa Maria beach. With 240 sq.m. of space, it accommodates up to 10 guests. Inside, a soft white palette and island-style decor create a calm and artistic atmosphere.

The ground floor includes two spacious, light-filled bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The dining area is separate from the large living room, which has built-in sofas that can convert into beds.
The living room opens to a shaded veranda, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The lower ground floor features a living room with a built-in sofa for additional guests.
This level also includes two bedrooms-one with a double bed and the other with two single beds separated by a bamboo wall. These rooms share a luxurious bathroom and open to another shaded veranda.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
