Spread over 1.000 square meters, the Villa can host up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms, including two master bedrooms all with private terraces and ocean-facing views. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and dressing-rooms.
Guests will be greeted with a spacious living area, unspoilt views of the azure waters and the horizon throughout the Villa. The large floor to ceiling windows open onto an expansive wraparound terrace, providing an exceptional indoor-outdoor living experience.
The two 20-meter sea-facing infinity pools are complete with waterfalls and act as the crowning feature of the property, offering mesmerizing views of the coastline. Situated on separate tiers of the terrace, yet located just steps away from each other, the pools offer guests the chance to socialize, host events or enjoy the tranquility of the Ionian Sea.
CRF-2 Villa works with leading specialists to offer bespoke wellbeing holistic programs and wellness escapes nourishing the body and soul. The Villa includes an impressive mosaic-tiled Hammam, treatment room, fitness room and outdoor Jacuzzi.
In true Mediterranean style, food takes center stage. The American style fully equipped kitchen comes with an island and open space, perfectly designed for socializing with family and friends over dinners and offering access to the outdoors. The indoor dining room has a large dining table seating 12 persons.
The Villa includes two outdoor lounges and an alfresco dining area, perfect for enjoying sundowners and Mediterranean feasts with the striking view of the Ionian sunset as a backdrop.
For day excursions to the Ionian Islands, our Concierge Team can arrange a private yacht to take you to the most secluded beaches and coves, while you discover the cultural and historical wonders of Corfu and Ancient Greece. Helicopter journeys can also be organized on demand.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
