AGM-1 is a luxury complex consisting of two independent villas in a plot of 4500 sq.m. at Agios Sostis, in Mykonos, only 300 m from the beach. The five-bedroom villa can accommodate 10+2 guests and the six-bedroom villa can accommodate 12+2 guests. Both villas can sleep up to 22+4 guests. Each one has its own private pool and both have an unobstructed view to the Aegean Sea. Each 250 sq.m. Villa consists of 3 levels.
The first floor has 2 sunny bedrooms, each one with its own balcony open to sunshine. Also in the same level there are 2 bathrooms.
The middle level has one bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a beautiful and comfortable living room with fireplace. Outside in the same level, there is a large outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a marble table and a stone built sofa, where you can enjoy the sensational view all day long, as the bamboo pergola provides shade and protection.
The lower level of the five-bedroom villa consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen, a cozy sitting room and one guest room with bedroom and bathroom. In the sitting room there are 2 single beds, one built in and one sofa-bed. Outside, on this level, there is a private area where the pool is located. From there you can enjoy the incredible sea view and the endless blue sky.
The lower level of the six-bedroom villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room with 2 single sofa beds and one guest room with bedroom and bathroom. Outside, on this level, there is also a private pool area. From there you can enjoy the incredible sea view and the endless blue sky.
Each one of the villas offers a very nice and big BBQ corner with a lounge for special dinners during the marvelous Mykonian sunset and during the night with an amazing moon and a sky full of stars!!!
