Villa CLD-11 can comfortably accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor, the maisonette consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace, a terrace with outdoor sitting and a dining area in the front offering an Aegean Sea view and a terrace in the back providing a breathtaking view at Mount Olympus.
On the first floor, you will find a junior suite consisting of a king size bed, a sofa double bed and a shower bathroom.
On the second floor, there are two queen size bedrooms, a bathtub bathroom and two wonderful large terraces where you will definitely encounter the most enchanting sunsets of your life!
The chilly and comfortable sub-basement comprises a guest room with two single beds, a playroom and a shower bathroom.
Villa CLD-11 is fully equipped with A/C, an electric stove and small appliances, a dishwasher, a laundry machine, a safe and provides free WiFi and a Smart TV in every room of the maisonette.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
