The Villa is undoubtedly luxurious, having a private pool (that is heated during the winter time) on top of all other exclusive services and amenities. The two-bedroom Villa EVS-1 boasts an area that ranges between 56 and 83 square meters, spread over two floors. Its subtle luxury is reflected in the carefully selected furniture and decoration items, beautiful house-like layout, and advantageous location, enjoying the incredible sea and sunset view.
Complimentary breakfast is served daily. The Villa is located in Finikia, Oia, 1 km away (approximately 15-20 min walk) to the city’s center with a variety of shops, galleries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. In the village of Finikia, you may also find local restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
