An authentic Santorini house has been transformed into three comfortable, independent houses. The first house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the second one features a bedroom and a bathroom. Both are located on the ground floor of the complex and also have equipped kitchens.
On the first floor you will find a charming apartment with a bedroom, and a living room with details such as original furnishing and architecture that will travel you back to a bygone era with a modern touch of sophistication.

Location
Messaria is one of the largest villages in Santorini and as its name suggests it is located in the middle of the island close to all the main sites and the beaches of Santorini! The SNA-2 complex is located in the heart of the traditional settlement, among the village’s mansions that showcase its prosperous past as the centre of the viniculture of Santorini. The only mansion open to the public on the entire island, Argyros Mansion, is located just a few steps away.
Here you will be part of the authentic everyday life on the island. The architecture of the village follows the genuine structure where the houses were built next to each other to be protected from the winds.
It is easy to travel from Messaria to the destinations of the island with the public bus services or by renting a car or an ATV. The capital, Fira, is a 10 minutes’ drive, and so are the medieval village of Pyrgos and the lively beach of Kamari.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
