Made with humility and passion, Villa SKP-4 best supports the saying “all things in moderation” of our Greek ancestors. Minimalism with an Aegean aura, Greek colors and island tradition inspired us for its radical renovation, adding the individual swimming pool measuring 4 X 8m with the colorful mosaic.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower.
For the decoration we consciously chose a relaxed style: tables and chairs of a cafe, armchairs, comfortable lounge chairs, rugs from the grandmother’s chest, cool covers and airy curtains. The favorite meeting place of visitors and their friends is the outdoor areas – the covered terrace, the flowered corners by the pool, the stone built-in living room with the colorful pillows and the shady corners under the pine trees.
At the edge of the estate, the Villa within the pine trees enjoys all day the magic of the Skopelos landscape with the evening sounds of nature.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
