The Villas are located a few minutes far from the beach of Xygia in a private fenced area of 900 sq.m. (300 sq.m. each Villa’s plot). Made with attention to detail and designed to offer ultimate luxury to their guests, the Villas combine uniquely the natural beauty to the plethora of amenities.
ZTR-14 Villas Complex offers 9 bedrooms (1 double bed each), 3 bathrooms with a bathtub, 3 WC, living room with 2 single sofa beds (in each Villa) and three private infinity pools with sun beds and umbrellas for unlimited relaxation under the Greek sun. The Villas are fully equipped with all modern amenities like fully equipped kitchens, luxury linen, outdoors BBQ, safe deposit boxes, Wi-Fi internet access and private parking areas.
For our guests there is a daily cleaning for both the houses and the pools, in order to keep the water PH level correct and guarantee that they always remain crystal clear.
Villas ZTR-14 are perfect for couples, family holidays or even groups of friends looking for privacy, lux spacious areas, comfort and a true taste of the Ionian.
* Each Villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, as the 2 extra people can either be accommodated at the sofa beds in the living room or in 2 extra folding beds that can be added in the same area (upon prior notification & arrangement).
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
